First of all, you must use a valid and limited credit card to make a purchase from this site. The transfer fee is also a compensation for cancellation of the website and the fees paid for making the reservation. Therefore, if you cancel your reservations made via credit card on this site in less than 24 hours, the car rental fee and deposit fee you have paid and 15% of the remaining payments cannot be refunded to you. If the reservation in question is made, you irrevocably accept that the said fees belong to our Company as compensation for cancellation and will not be returned to you. By using this website and making the reservation, you accept that the said fees belong to our Company as compensation for cancellation. If value added tax or any other tax is required for the penal clauses and other compensations to be paid by the customers, all taxes must also be paid by you. If you want to make some changes to your reservation, please reach our Company's alternatives regarding price and other details. The responsibility for making a car rental reservation through this site is entirely yours. Any mistakes and wrong choices you make electronically during online purchase or reservation or whether you have a driving license or not is entirely your responsibility, and your physical or mental competence regarding car rental is undertaken by you.
Again, if you use incorrect criteria, make incorrect choices or purchase additional services incorrectly during your online reservation and therefore give up on renting the vehicle in question and/or cancel your reservation, the car rental fee and deposit you paid and the remaining payments will be accepted as cancellation compensation and the 15% fee deduction, which is the cancellation compensation, will not be returned to you.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
Following your confirmation of the reservation you made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and thus your reservation will be finalized by our Company. Apart from this,
in case of any additional request, services that you do not purchase online and decide later (child-baby seat etc.) are not included in the mentioned amounts. Since our company has offices all over Turkey, you should check your reservation yourself and
contact our company as soon as possible in case of any problems.
Our company recommends that you review and read in detail the rental contracts that you will sign both on this web page and when you receive our vehicles.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION
Reservation cancellations are canceled without any penalty and cannot be refunded in any way, provided that they are notified 48 hours before the rental. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the transfer, 15% of the total reservation fee will be charged as a penalty. Any differences that may occur will be refunded to the card you used to make the payment.
