ANTALYA CHEAP TRANSFER SERVICE CONDITIONS
PARTIES:
The explanations of the concepts and abbreviations used in this agreement are given below.
Afşin Transfer:
WEBSITE: www.afsintransfer.com,
VISITOR: Person or persons who visit and use the site for informational purposes without
giving their personal contact information.
MEMBER/CUSTOMER/USER: Person or institutions who enter the minimum information required to
use the site, use a valid e-mail address, and a password, log in to the site in this way,
and provide their personal and/or corporate information, service details with their own
consent.
CONSUMER: Represents the person who makes a purchase from the website and whose name,
surname and signature are under the contract and the persons he/she represents.
TRANSFER COMPANY: The company from which the service is received in the region where the
service is requested.
RESERVATION APPLICATION AND CHANGE CONDITIONS:
Transfer service is provided between the regions specified as Pick-up Place and Destination
Place on our website without stopping. If the written address is outside the specified
region, Afşin TRANSFER cancels the reservation and refunds the payment made to the Credit
Card or Bank account number used for the transaction, or if the current account is working,
the information is transferred to the reservation source and no billing transaction is made.
Passengers are required to have a photo document showing their identity and the transfer
reservation documents with them.
If there are 24 hours left for the service to be realized in transfer reservations made
through our website, changes to all information except the transfer date and vehicle type
can be made in the My Reservations section of our website.
The transfer service you have purchased through our website may be canceled or postponed due
to the airline's failure to perform the flight on time, flight delays, malfunctions, adverse
weather conditions, adverse conditions preventing the start or continuation of the service,
road obstacles, strikes, terrorism, fog, war, possibility of war, unforeseen technical
issues and all force majeure reasons. In this case, the passenger has no right to
compensation. Afşin TRANSFER cannot be held responsible in any way for these
situations.
Any reservation made through our website is deemed to be completed after it is confirmed,
paid in full, and the reservation ID is created by the system.
Changes and cancellations regarding transfer services can be made through the website, and
cancellations, refunds, and changes cannot be made through our call center.
The transfer time is selected by the user from our website. Please remember that you must be
at the airport at least 1 hour before the flight time for domestic flights and 2 hours
before for international flights. Afşin TRANSFER is not responsible for any problems that
may occur due to an incorrect time selection.
The transfers you purchase through our website are private transfer services and cannot stop
or pick up passengers outside the selected route. Please notify info@afsintransfer.com
with your PNR 24 hours before the transfer service due to any planned flight delays that may
occur regarding your travel. Afşin TRANSFER is not responsible for any problems that may
occur due to delays that are not reported on time.
A free transfer right is not given due to a 25 (twenty-five) minute delay caused by the
transfer company, but if the vehicle will be late for more than that, the Operations Unit
will notify the MEMBER by e-mail and/or phone through the call center. If the MEMBER accepts
to wait, that transfer will be made for satisfaction purposes.
