KVKK - Information on the Protection of Personal Data
We are defined as the Data Controller (Afşin
Transfer) within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
This page is for the purpose of informing the institutions and individuals who perform the
Transaction on how we process and transfer their data.
Data Collection Method:
As the Data Controller, we collect data from web, mobile devices, etc. methods, your contact

with the provisions herein and within the scope of the legislation in force in the country
where the data is stored and processed and within the
foreseen security measures.
Use of Personal Data:
3.1 Within the framework of Article 5 of the KVKK, personal data is recorded for the
following legal reasons.
You have given your explicit consent to the processing of your personal data,
It is clearly provided for in the laws,
It is mandatory for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person who is
unable to express his/her consent due to a physical impossibility or whose consent is not
legally valid,
It is mandatory for the establishment or performance of a contract,
It is mandatory for us to fulfill our legal obligations,
It is made public by the relevant person,
It is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
It is mandatory for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your
fundamental rights and freedoms.
The collected data is used for the following purposes within the framework of the conditions
specified in the KVKK. (based on explicit consent and/or in cases permitted by law)
To manage the car rental and commercial relationship, to contact you regarding the car
rental and to assist you in these matters,
To perform customer service activities and make phone calls regarding customer satisfaction,
To verify the driving and credit information (including personal data) provided by you
through credit institutions, licensing institutions, fraud prevention institutions/databases
and other sources for the purposes of preventing fraud,
To contact you regarding your incomplete membership form or reservation on the Internet,
To provide information regarding accidents in which you have been involved to relevant
insurance databases.
In this context, the processing of personal data may be necessary for the establishment,
implementation or defense of legal claims.
To communicate with you via commercial electronic messages via e-mail, text message,
telephone or other means using your contact information,
(customer satisfaction surveys, discounts, special offers and/or services and/or marketing
promotions,
invitations, advertisements, celebrations and survey applications
